METHOD FOR REPLACING DAMPER IN EXISTING BUILDING AND MOUNTING STRUCTURE IN REPLACEMENT
To provide a damper replacement method capable of maintaining damping force within a predetermined range when replacing a base isolation damper or a vibration control damper in an existing building.SOLUTION: When an existing damper 4 is removed and a first damper 27 is mounted, the pull-out of an existing clevis pin 17 which pin-joins the existing damper 4 to a clevis 16 of an existing support 11 and the insertion of a first clevis pin 28 for pin-joining the first damper to an additional support 18 are simultaneously performed. Therefore, since only one of the existing damper 4 and the first damper 27 is connected to an existing building 1, even if an earthquake occurs during replacement of the damper, the damping force of the damper can be prevented from becoming too small or too large.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】既設建物において、免震ダンパー又は制振ダンパーの交換時に減衰力を所定の範囲に維持できる、ダンパーの交換方法を提供する。【解決手段】既設ダンパー4を取り外し、第1ダンパー27を取り付ける際に、既設ダンパー4を既設支持体11のクレビス16にピン接合させている既設クレビスピン17の引き抜きと、第1ダンパーを追加支持体18にピン接合させる第1クレビスピン28の挿入とを同時に行う。このため、既設ダンパー4及び第1ダンパー27の一方のみが、既設建物1に連結した状態となるため、ダンパーの交換中に地震が発生しても、ダンパーの減衰力が過小及び過大になることを防止できる。【選択図】図4
