DISMANTLING METHOD OF CHIMNEY SUPPORTED WITH STEEL TOWER
To provide a dismantling method of a chimney supported with a steel tower, in which an elevator is installed, to enable easily, safely and securely dismantling the chimney supported with the steel tower without using a large crane.SOLUTION: A dismantling method comprises: cutting a first section of a steel tower 2 into two steel tower blocks 2a after connecting the first section of the steel tower to a second section of the steel tower 2 with a hinge 8; then, tumbling the steel tower blocks 2a downward with the hinge 8 as a supporting point using a jack 5 for tumbling the steel tower block and a jack 7 for guiding the steel tower block; then, lifting down the steel tower blocks 2a through operating a jack 6 for lifting down the steel tower block, the jack 5 for tumbling the steel tower block, and the jack 7 for guiding the steel tower block, after cutting the hinge 8 off the steel tower 2; then, lifting down a cylindrical body 1 with a jack 4 for lifting the cylindrical body after cutting a lower section of the cylindrical body 1; and repeating the above processes, to enable easily, safely, and securely dismantling a chimney supported with a steel tower without using a large crane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5(a)
【課題】大型クレーンを使用することなく、エレベータが設置された鉄塔支持型煙突を容易に安全かつ確実に解体することができる、鉄塔支持型煙突の解体方法を提供する。【解決手段】鉄塔２の１段目と、鉄塔の２段目とをヒンジ８により連結した後、鉄塔２の１段目を２つの鉄塔ブロック２ａに切断し、次いで、鉄塔ブロック２ａをヒンジ８を支点として鉄塔ブロック倒し用ジャッキ５と鉄塔ブロックガイド用ジャッキ７とにより下方に倒し、次いで、ヒンジ８を鉄塔２から切り離した後、鉄塔ブロック２ａを鉄塔ブロック吊り下ろし用ジャッキ６と、鉄塔ブロック倒し用ジャッキ５と、鉄塔ブロックガイド用ジャッキ７とを操作して吊り下ろし、次いで、筒身１の下部を切断した後、筒身１を筒身吊り上げ用ジャッキ４により吊り下ろす工程を繰り返し行うことによって、大型クレーンを使用することなく、鉄塔支持型煙突を容易に安全かつ確実に解体することができる。【選択図】図５（ａ）
