To provide basement attic structure or the like which can facilitate work such as piping installation and electrical wiring at an attic space, and facilitate ceiling construction.SOLUTION: A basement attic structure according to the invention is provided with cross members 4 each as a support part for supporting a suspension root of a ceiling structure 3 and a work floor 2 of an attic space 300 above a ceiling board 1, in the basement attic structure where plural steps of pipelines 7 are installed in the vertical direction of the attic of a basement space 200 partitioned by partition walls 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】天井裏空間での配管設置や電気配線等の作業の容易化、及び、天井施工の容易化が図れる地下階天井裏構造等を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る地下階天井裏構造は、間仕切り壁５により仕切られた地下階空間２００の天井裏の上下方向に配管７が複数段に設置される地下階天井裏構造において、天井板１の上方に、天井構造３の吊元及び天井裏空間３００の作業床２を支持するための支持部となる横材４を設けたことを特徴とするものである。【選択図】図１
