TREATMENT METHOD AND TREATMENT APPARATUS OF COMBUSTIBLE WASTE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method and a treatment apparatus of a combustible waste capable of effectively utilizing the calorie of the combustible waste for cement production without performing prefabrication such as a separation or sorting work of a mixed combustible material and the crushing of the combustible waste to minute pieces even when a plurality of combustible materials having different combustion properties are mixed in the combustible waste.SOLUTION: A treatment method performs the treatment of a combustible waste W1 containing volatile carbon and fixed carbon by using a treatment apparatus 1 of the combustible waste, the treatment apparatus 1 having a clinker cooler 5, a calcination furnace 3 and a duct 6, which flows a high temperature and high oxygen gas toward the calcination furnace 3 from the clinker cooler 5. The treatment method includes: a first step where the volatile carbon contained in the combustible waste W1 is volatilized or combusted in the duct 6, which flows high temperature and high oxygen gas toward the calcination furnace 3 from the clinker cooler 5, and is converted to a primary treatment waste W2; and a second step where the primary treatment waste W2 is introduced into the calcination furnace and combusted by the high temperature and high oxygen gas.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】複数の燃焼性の異なる可燃物質が混在する可燃性廃棄物であっても、混在する可燃物質の分離又は分別作業や、可燃性廃棄物の微小片への粉砕の様な事前加工をすることなく、可燃性廃棄物が有する熱量をセメント製造に有効利用しうる可燃性廃棄物の処理方法及び処理装置の提供。【解決手段】揮発性の炭素及び固定炭素を含有する可燃性廃棄物W1の処理を、クリンカクーラー5、仮焼炉3およびクリンカクーラー5から仮焼炉3に向かって高温高酸素ガスを流すダクト6を備える可燃性廃棄物の処理装置1を用いて行なう処理方法。クリンカクーラー5から仮焼炉3に向かって高温高酸素ガスが流れるダクト6内で、可燃性廃棄物W1に含有される揮発性の炭素を揮発又は燃焼させ、第1次処理廃棄物W2に変換する第1工程、及び、前記高温高酸素ガスにより第1次処理廃棄物W2を仮焼炉に導入して燃焼させる第2工程を含む、可燃性廃棄物。【選択図】図1
