FUEL-PRODUCING APPARATUS AND FUEL-PRODUCING METHOD FOR COMBUSTIBLE WASTE
To effectively use a combustible waste that is extremely difficult to treat, by stably feeding the combustible waste to a main burner in a cement kiln as an alternate fuel.SOLUTION: A fuel-producing apparatus 1 for a combustible waste includes: carbonization gasification furnaces 2 (2A to 2C), two or more thereof being arranged in parallel, for performing carbonization gasification of the combustible waste; a flow controller 4 for alternately operating two or more carbonization gasification furnaces to control the flow of a carbonization gas (mixed gas) to be discharged from the operating carbonization gasification furnaces; and supplying means (a fan 5 and the like) for supplying the carbonization gasification gas, the flow amount of which is controlled by the flow controller, continuously to a main burner 10a in a cement kiln 10. The carbonization gasification furnace can open a ceiling part 2a and bottom section 2b thereof and can have a capacity of 50 m3 or more. In the supplying means, a differential pressure-type flow amount-measuring apparatus can be mounted on a pipeline in which the carbonization gasification gasses each discharged from the carbonization gasification furnaces are mixed and thereafter go toward the main burner, the flow-amount measuring apparatus measuring a flow amount of the carbonization gasification gas that flows in the pipeline.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
