PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a translucent sound insulation panel capable of firmly preventing the translucent panel from falling to the outside of a road in the event of a fire on the road.SOLUTION: A translucent sound insulation panel comprising a panel frame 2 into which a translucent sound insulation plate is fitted, includes: one or more glass faceplates G1, and a glass faceplate G2 adhered to at least one face of the glass faceplate G1 via an adhesive 61. The panel frame 2 has a sound insulation plate attachment groove having a prescribed width capable of sealing both surfaces of the glass faceplate G1 by fitting only the glass faceplate G1.
