To provide a sound insulation panel exerting diffusion effect against noise from panel both faces, and a sound insulation wall.SOLUTION: A sound insulation panel includes a pair of reflection parts facing a first direction and fa direction opposite to the first direction, respectively. Each of the pair of the reflection parts has a concave face in which a center part in a second direction is concaved to the other reflection part side from one end part and the other end part in the second direction orthogonal to the first direction in a cross section along the first direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
