EAVES CIRCUMFERENCE STRUCTURE OF BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide eaves circumference structure of a building having a configuration that can simply avoid a legal regulation such as a setback regulation.SOLUTION: An eaves circumference structure of a building includes: an external wall 1; a roof 2 having an eaves portion 2a that is placed at a higher height position than a top edge 1e of the external wall 1 and is mounted on a horizontal position retracted to a building interior side than an external surface 1f of the external wall 1; a partition material 3 that is disposed between the top edge 1e of the external wall 1 and the eaves portion of the roof 2, and has an external surface 3f forming a recessed portion D recessing toward the building interior; and an eaves trough 4 disposed on the recessed portion D formed at the external surface 3f of the partition material 3. The eaves trough 4 has an opening 44 at an outer erection portion 41 of the eaves trough 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
