PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building indoor structure that allows a user to feel visual spreading of a whole indoor space, and a building having the indoor structure.SOLUTION: An indoor structure of a building 1 comprises a first space 110 which forms a part of an indoor space 100 on a predefined story and a second space 120 which is adjacent to the first space 110 and has a floor 4 higher than a floor 111 of the first space 110. The second space 120 has a loft space 120a and an open space 120b which is partitioned from the loft space 120a by a partition 3 and is opened toward the first space 110. The partition 3 has an opening 5 communicating the loft space 120a and the open space 120b with each other. The building 1 has the above indoor structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】室内空間全体の視覚的な広がりを感じることができる建物の室内構造及び当該室内構造を有する建物を提供する。【解決手段】建物1の室内構造は、所定の階の室内空間100の一部を構成する第一空間110と、第一空間110に隣接するとともに第一空間110の床111よりも高い床4を有する第二空間120と、を備える。第二空間120は、ロフト空間120aと、間仕切り3によってロフト空間120aと仕切られ、第一空間110に向かって開放された開放空間120bと、を有する。間仕切り3は、ロフト空間120aと開放空間120bとを連通させる開口部5を有する。建物1は、上記室内構造を有する。【選択図】図２
