UPPER TEMPORARY SHED OF COKE OVEN
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper temporary shed that does not require a lower shed to move, allows the execution of a construction or renewal work of a coke oven concurrent with a repair work of extruder rails, and thereby can shorten the construction period.SOLUTION: There is provided an upper temporary shed 1 of a coke oven for covering a coke oven 2 upon constructing or renewing the coke oven 2, comprising a lower shed disposed adjacent to the side face of the upper shed body 10 thereof and provided with two stages of intermediate floors 23A, 23B that can temporarily store bricks T therein for constructing the coke oven 2 and are disposed with a space S0 for the maintenance work of extruder rails apart from the ground, the space being a first floor part having a specified work height from the ground, with the upper spaces of the intermediate floors 23A, 23B respectively used as spaces S1, S2 each communicating with the inner space 10A of the upper shed body 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】下屋を移動させる必要が無く、押出機軌条の補修工事と並行してコークス炉を建設又は更新する作業を行うことができ、工期の短縮を図ることができる。【解決手段】コークス炉２を建設又は更新する際に、コークス炉２を覆うコークス炉仮設上屋１の上屋本体１０の側面に隣接され、内部にコークス炉２を形成する煉瓦Ｔを仮置き可能に設けられ、地上から所定の作業高さを有する１階部分に押出機軌条作業スペースＳ０をあけて配置された中段床２３Ａ、２３Ｂが２段設けられ、中段床２３Ａ、２３Ｂのそれぞれの上部スペースは上屋本体１０の内部空間１０Ａに連通するスペースＳ１、Ｓ２とされた構成のコークス炉仮設上屋を提供する。【選択図】図１
