METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTION OF COKE OVEN AND TEMPORARY SHED FOR CONSTRUCTION OF COKE OVEN
To efficiently conduct piling up work of bricks appropriately and thereby to shorten a construction period.SOLUTION: The present invention constructs a coke oven in the building comprising a temporary shed 10 which is configured by arranging portal frames 16 which extend over PS and CS of a coke oven under construction along the length of the oven group at a predetermined pitch along the length of the oven group. Between two mutually adjacent portal frames 16, bricks 1 are carried to an appropriate position between the portal frames 16 in the oven by using: a traveling rail 20 which is disposed between guide beams 19 arranged on a ceiling material 15 and is movable over from PS to CS in the depth direction of the oven; and a crane unit 21 which is mounted on the traveling rail 20 and is free to travel along the length of the oven group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】効率よく且つ適正な煉瓦積上げ作業を行い、工期短縮等を図る。【解決手段】構築すべきコークス炉のPS及びCSに渡って炉奥行方向に延びる門型フレーム16を、炉団長方向に所定ピッチで配して構成される仮設上屋10からなる建屋内でコークス炉を構築する。隣接する門型フレーム16間において、天井材15に配置されたガイドビーム19間に架け渡され、炉奥行方向にPSからCSに渡って移動可能な走行レール20と、走行レール20に搭載されて炉団長方向に走行可能なクレーンユニット21とを用いて、煉瓦1を門型フレーム16間の炉内の適切な位置に搬送する。【選択図】図4
