HEAT STORAGE CAPSULE, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR, AND WALL MATERIAL BY BLENDING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage capsule suppressing load from outside during handling or the like, and breakage due to expansion, shrinkage or the like due to a phase change of an inorganic salt latent heat storage material (PCM), and preventing deliquescency of PCM.SOLUTION: A heat storage capsule 10 has a perforated hollow material (shirasu ballon) formed by shirasu, PCM contained in the shirasu balloon, capable of endotherm and heat release by a phase change between a solid and a liquid, and an undercoat layer coated by a powder which is coated around shirasu balloon carrying PCM and forms a water insoluble coated film such as sodium sulfate anhydride or the like. There are provided a latent heat storage capsule of which deliquescency is prevented by forming at least one layer of coating of a resin such as epoxy and silicone after conducting an undercoat treatment, encapsulating PCM, and a wall material by blending the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】取扱い時等における外部からの負荷や、無機塩潜熱蓄熱材(PCM)の相変化に伴う膨張・収縮等による破損を抑制し、かつPCMの潮解性を防止する蓄熱カプセルを提供する。【解決手段】蓄熱カプセル10は、シラスで形成される有孔中空材(シラスバルーン)と、シラスバルーンに含まれ、固体と液体との聞の相変化により吸熱と放熱とが可能なPCMと、PCMを担持したシラスバルーンの周りに被覆され、無水硫酸ナトリウム等の非水溶性皮膜を形成する粉末で被覆する下地処理を行った後、エポキシ、シリコーン等の樹脂のコーティングを少なくとも1層形成し、PCMをカプセル化して、潮解性を防止した潜熱蓄熱カプセルおよびそれを配合した壁材を提供する。【選択図】図1
