Blending material and method for preparing same
The invention provides a mixing material and a method for preparing the mixing material. The mixing material is used for coating application and comprises a mixture formed by mixing cement and a first fine aggregate according to a weight ratio of 1: 1 to 1: 6. Wherein the first fine aggregate is a granular material formed by kneading, sintering and crushing clay serving as a main raw material. The particle material comprises SiO2, Al2O3 and Fe2O3, the particle size of the particle material is 75 [mu] m to 3 mm, the porosity and the water absorption rate of the particle material exceed 5%, the specific gravity of the particle material is 1.6 to 2.5, and the particle material does not generate cementation after being mixed with water. In addition, the invention also discloses a method for preparing the mixing material for coating application.
本发明提出一种拌合材料及制备拌合材料的方法。该拌合材料用于涂层施作,包含:由水泥与第一细骨材以1:1至1:6的重量比例混合而成的混合物。其中,第一细骨材为以粘土为主原料捏练后烧结粉碎而成的颗粒材料。该颗粒材料的组分包含SiO2、Al2O3及Fe2O3,且该颗粒材料的粒径介于75μm至3mm之间,具有超过5%的孔隙率及吸水率,比重在1.6至2.5之间,且与水混合不会产生胶结性。另外,本发明还公开一种制备用于涂层施作的拌合材料的方法。
