METHOD OF DRIVING PILE TO BEDROCK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of driving a pile to a bedrock capable of stably securing the pile driven to the bedrock in a prolonged period by the rock pile driving method.SOLUTION: A pile 2 has thick projection parts 2a projecting to an outer peripheral side more than other portions on an outer peripheral surface of a tip of the pile 2 and is provided with convex parts 2b whose projection volume from the outer peripheral surface is equal to or less than the maximum volume of the projection parts 2a at least on a surface of the outer peripheral surface of the tip of the pile 2 other than the projection parts 2a. A method comprises: driving the pile 2 to a bedrock R to a predetermined depth while removing fractured rocks Rc from a tip area of the pile 2 with water W injected from a tip nozzle 4a while fracturing the bedrock R by striking the bedrock R with the tip of the pile 2 using a vibrating pile driver 1; filling cement milk C in a gap g between the pile 2 and the bedrock R; and securing the pile 2 to the bedrock R through the solidified cement milk C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ガンパイル工法により岩盤に打設された杭を、長期に渡り安定的に岩盤に固定することができる岩盤への杭打設工法を提供する。【解決手段】杭2の先端部の外周面が他の部位よりも外周側に突出した厚肉の突出部2aを有するとともに、突出部2a以外の杭2の少なくとも先端側の外周面の表面にその外周面からの突出量が突出部2aの最大突出量以下の凸部2bが設けられていて、振動杭打設機1によりこの杭2の先端を岩盤Rに打ち付けて岩盤Rを破砕しつつ、破砕した岩石Rcを、先端ノズル4aから噴射する水Wで杭2の先端領域から排除しながら、杭2を岩盤Rに所定深さ打込み、次いで、杭2と岩盤Rとのすき間gにセメントミルクCを充填し、固化したセメントミルクCを介して杭2を岩盤Rに固定させる。【選択図】図2
