DEVICE AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING PILE ON BEDROCK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for installing a pile in a bedrock by which a pile is installed while removing rock crushed by an impact from the pile installation with water jet, thereby preventing clogging by sediment of a tip nozzle on an introduction pipe from which the water jet is injected.SOLUTION: A pile 6 is installed in a bedrock R by driving with a vibration pile installation machine, the pile 6 having an introduction pipe 4 disposed adjacently and being installed by crushing the bedrock R with a tip of the pile 6 struck on the bedrock R by the vibration pile installation machine, while removing the crushed rock by water W injected from a tip nozzle 5 fitted at a tip of the introduction pipe 4. A cover body 2 is fitted on the pile 6 for closing an injection port 5a of the tip nozzle 5, and the pile 6 is installed in a sediment layer S above the bedrock R with the cover body 2 covering the injection port 5a of the tip nozzle 5. When installing the pile 6 in the bedrock R, the tip nozzle 5 is removed from the cover body 2 and the water W is injected from the tip nozzle 5 for removing the crushed rock.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】打設杭の打撃により破砕された破砕岩を噴射水で排除しながら杭を打設する際に、噴射水を噴射する導入パイプの先端ノズルの土砂による目詰まりを防止できる岩盤への杭打設装置および工法を提供する。【解決手段】振動杭打設機により打設される杭6に導入パイプ4を隣接配置し、杭6の先端を振動杭打設機により岩盤Rに打ち付けて岩盤Rを破砕し、破砕した岩石を導入パイプ4の先端に設けられた先端ノズル5から噴射する水Wで排除しながら岩盤R中に杭6を打ち込む際に、杭6に先端ノズル5の噴射口5aを塞ぐカバー体2を取り付け、カバー体2により先端ノズル5の噴射口5aを塞いだ状態で岩盤Rの上方に存在する土砂層Sに杭6を打設し、岩盤Rに杭6を打設する際には先端ノズル5をカバー体2から取り外した状態にして、先端ノズル5から水Wを噴射し、破砕岩を排除する。【選択図】図4
