FIRE PROTECTION VENTILATION MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire protection ventilation material and a method for manufacturing the same, which can eliminate the trouble of separately preparing and separately installing a heat expansion material by integrating a ventilation material and a thermal expansion material, and which can facilitate and improve the efficiency of the construction work of the ventilation material.SOLUTION: A plurality of resin substrates 1 having many ventilation passages 2 extending from one end to the other end are laminated by sandwiching the sheet-like thermal expansion material 3 at an appropriate position. A fire protection ventilation material is manufactured through a step of preparing a resinous substrate 1 having a large number of ventilation paths 2 extending from one end to the other end and a sheet-like thermal expansion material 3, a step of preparing a plurality of resinous substrates 1, a thermal expansion material 3 sandwiched between appropriate positions and forming a laminate 4, and a step that the laminate 4 is fused to a product size with a heat cutter, heat welded at the fusion cross section, and unified while being integrated and disperse.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】通気材と熱膨張材とを一体化することにより、熱膨張材を別途用意し、別途配備するという手間をなくすことができ、通気材ないし換気材の施工作業の容易化と効率化を図ることができる防火通気材及びその製造方法を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】一端から他端に抜ける通気路2を多数備えた樹脂製基板1が複数枚、適宜位置にシート状熱膨張材3を挟んで積層されて形成される。それは、一端から他端に抜ける通気路2を多数備えた樹脂製基板1とシート状の熱膨張材3を用意する工程と、樹脂製基板1を複数枚、熱膨張材3を適宜位置に挟んで積層した積層体4を形成する工程と、積層体4をヒートカッターで製品サイズに溶断し、その溶断面において熱溶着して一体化しつつバラす工程を経て製造される。【選択図】図4
