WALL CONCEALED TYPE VENTILATION AND FIRE PROTECTION DAMPER AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
Disclosed is a wall-embedded smoke control and fire damper that can be installed integrally with an air conditioning duct, is easy to install, is inexpensive, and is easy to replace, inspect, dismantle, and reinstall, allowing for easy maintenance, and a construction method thereof. The wall-embedded smoke control and fire damper comprises: a duct body which has a hollow shape and penetrates the wall; fire prevention wings provided on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the duct body and having through holes passing through the duct body penetrating in the longitudinal direction of the duct body; and a damper module installed in the hollow part of the duct body and configured to open and close an air passage of the duct body.
방화 댐퍼를 공조 덕트에 일체로 시공이 가능하되 설치가 용이하고 비용이 저렴하며 교체, 점검, 해체 및 재설치가 용이하여 유지 보수가 용이한 벽체 매립형 제연 및 방화 댐퍼 및 이의 시공방법이 개시된다. 벽체 매립형 제연 및 방화 댐퍼는 중공 형상으로 이루어져 벽체를 관통하는 덕트 몸체; 덕트 몸체의 길이 방향으로 양측에 구비되며 상기 덕트 몸체를 통과시키는 관통홀이 덕트 몸체의 길이 방향으로 관통 형성된 방화 날개; 및 덕트 몸체의 중공부에 설치되어 덕트 몸체의 공기통로를 개폐하도록 구성된 댐퍼모듈을 포함하여 이루어진다.
