PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent protruding pieces of one pair of surface members from being inserted into between a heat insulation spacer and of an aggregate.SOLUTION: An aggregate 8 of a heat insulation panel 1 includes a depth part 8A. A heat insulation spacer 50 is fitted at the aggregate 8 and is arranged at the depth part 8A. One pair of surface members 40 sandwiching the heat insulation spacer 50, include protruding pieces 42 which opposes the depth part 8A, and opposes under a condition that the aggregate 8 is arranged between each other. The main body part 51 of the heat insulation spacer 50 is arranged between the depth part 8A and the protruding pieces 42 of one pair of the surface members 40. One pair of cover parts 54 of the heat insulation spacer 50 cover a part between the depth part 8A and the main body part 51 at both side edge parts 8C of the depth part 8A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
