EXTERIOR WALL HEAT INSULATION PANEL IN WHICH BOTH ENDS OF HEAT INSULATION PANEL ARE FORMED OF IRREGULAR FRAME METAL FITTING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily handled and inexpensive exterior wall heat insulation panel which can easily secure noncombustibility and heat insulation property according to Building Standard Act, dispenses with maintenance over a long period of time, and has strength.SOLUTION: An exterior wall heat insulation panel of a stainless decorative steel plate forms an exterior wall of a building by an operation of bonding both surfaces of a foam styrene panel with a gypsum board panel in a sandwich shape to form a heat insulation panel, fitting a recessed frame metal fitting obtained by forming a steel plate into an approximate recessed shape to one end of the heat insulation panel, fitting a projecting frame metal fitting obtained by forming the steel plate into an approximate projecting shape to the other end, fitting a stainless decorative steel plate formed into a polyhedral shape to an outdoor side of thus shaped recessed frame metal fitting and projecting frame metal fitting to form an exterior wall heat insulation panel, aligning the plurality of exterior wall heat insulation panels in a lateral direction, and engaging the adjacent recessed frame metal fitting and projecting frame metal fitting of the adjacent exterior wall heat insulation panels each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 建築基準法に基づく不燃性及び断熱性を容易に確保することができ、長期にわたりメンテナンスを必要とせず、かつ強度を有し取り扱いが容易で安価な外壁断熱パネルを提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】 発泡スチロールパネルの両面を石膏ボードパネルでサンドイッチ状に接着して断熱パネルを形成し、前記断熱パネルの一端に鋼板を概ね凹形に形成した凹形フレーム金具を取り付けると共に、他端に鋼板を概ね凸形に形成した凸形フレーム金具を取り付け、このように形成した凹形フレーム金具と凸形フレーム金具の室外側に多面形状に成形したステンレス化粧鋼板を嵌め込み外壁断熱パネルを形成し、前記外壁断熱パネルを横方向に複数個並べ、隣り合う外壁断熱パネルの凹形フレーム金具と凸形フレーム金具を契合することにより建物の外壁を形成したステンレス化粧鋼板の外壁断熱パネルを提供する。【選択図】図１
