The invention discloses a construction method for obstacle clearing and backfilling of an existing underground structure, and relates to the field of old underground structure reconstruction technologies, and the construction method comprises the following steps that mixing piles and an underground diaphragm wall are constructed in the area outside the peripheral side of the old underground structure, and soil dug out during construction of the mixing piles and the underground diaphragm wall is replacement soil; a top plate and a bottom plate of the old underground structure are sequentially dismantled from top to bottom, a construction pit is formed, and enclosing walls, top beams and stand columns are reserved; the pore-forming soil is mixed with cement, and backfill soil is formed; and backfilling the backfill soil into the construction pit, and compacting the backfill soil. The method has the advantages that the bearing capacity of the backfill soil can be improved, and the situation that the backfill soil collapses when a new underground structure is constructed is reduced.
