REMOTE OPERATION TYPE DRAIN PLUG DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote operation type drain plug device that allows motor operation to shift to manual operation surely and safely even when an electric part falls into an abnormal condition.SOLUTION: A remote operation type drain plug device comprises: a manual switch 11 for receiving input of remote operation by hand; a motor operation part substrate 14 that outputs an operation instruction based on input of remote operation by an electric signal; a switch shaft 12 that ascends/descends by any of operation of the manual switch 11 and an operation instruction from the motor operation part substrate 14; a drive part 13 that transmits the up-and-down motion of the switch shaft 12 to wire 21 for lifting/lowering a valve body 52; and switching means that cuts off power transmission from the motor operation part substrate 14 to the switch shaft 12 and switches motor operation to manual remote operation when an optional operation is received or when power transmission from the motor operation part substrate 14 to the switch shaft 12 falls into an abnormal condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 電動部が異常状態に陥った場合などでも手動操作へ確実にかつ安全に移行させることができる遠隔操作式排水栓装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 手動による遠隔操作の入力を受け付ける手動スイッチ11と、電気信号による遠隔操作の入力に基づいて動作指示を出力する電動操作部基板14と、手動スイッチ11の操作および電動操作部基板14からの動作指示のいずれかにより昇降するスイッチ軸12と、弁体52を昇降させるワイヤ21へスイッチ軸12の昇降を伝達する駆動部13と、任意の操作を受け付けたとき、または、電動操作部基板14からスイッチ軸12への動力伝達が異常状態となったときに、電動操作部基板14からスイッチ軸12への動力伝達を遮断して手動による遠隔操作に切り替える切替手段とを備える。【選択図】図2
