REMOTE OPERATION TYPE DRAIN PLUG DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote operation type drain plug device which does not cause the breakage of a member, in the remote operation type drain plug device having a drive part which turns on the basis of an electrical signal, and an action transmission part which advances and retreats by receiving the turn of the drive part.SOLUTION: A breakage prevention mechanism is composed of: a nut-shaped cam part 28 arranged in a power transmission part 21, and having a substantially-hexagonal shape in a plane view; a locking part 29 which abuts on a side face of the cam part 28; and a spring 30 for energizing the locking part 29 to the cam part 28 as an elastic body. When the bite-in of dust or the like occurs between a screw cylinder 20 and the power transmission part 21, the cam part 28 likely rotates accompanied by the rotation of the screw cylinder 20, and thus, the cam part 28 imparts stress to the locking part 29 in a direction in which the spring 30 is contracted. Then, when the stress exceeds stress generated by the spring 30, the cam part 28 presses the locking part 29 to a manual operation shaft 34 side, and the cam part 28 idles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】電気信号に基づき回動する駆動部と、駆動部の回動を受けて進退する動作伝達部を有する遠隔操作式排水栓において、部材の破損を生じない遠隔操作式排水栓の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】破損防止機構は、動作伝達部21内部に配置され、平面視略六角形のナット状のカム部28と、当該カム部28の側面と当接する係止部29、係止部29をカム部28へと付勢する、弾性体としてのスプリング30から成る。螺子筒20と動作伝達部21との間に砂やゴミ等の噛み込みが生じた時、螺子筒20の回転に伴いカム部28が回転しようとすることにより、カム部28は係止部29に対し、スプリング30を収縮させる方向へと応力を付与する。そして、当該応力がスプリング30による応力を上回った時、カム部28は係止部29を手動操作軸34側へと押圧し、カム部28が空回りする。【選択図】図1
