PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper floor extension method which makes construction easy and ensures sufficient earthquake resistance after expansion.SOLUTION: In a building comprising a lower floor column, an upper floor column, and a roof, in which the lower floor column is cylindrical and has a temporary stop hole penetrating in the horizontal direction, and the upper floor column has a plurality of through holes penetrating horizontally at equal intervals vertically and is integrated with the roof and is housed in the lower floor column so that it can move up and down, the upper floor extension method includes: a pillar roof rising step for raising the upper floor column together with the roof to a predetermined height by repeating raising of the upper floor column by jacking up a jack-up jig inserted in the through hole of the upper floor column using a jack to move the jack-up jig to the lower through hole during temporary attachment of the upper floor column by inserting a temporary stop pin into the temporary stop hole of the lower floor column and the through hole of the upper floor column which are communicated with each other, and a load-bearing wall fixing step of bolting a load bearing wall to the upper floor column by bolts passing through the through hole of the upper floor column exposed on the upper side of the lower floor column.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1(g)
【課題】 施工が容易であって、増築後に十分な耐震性を確保できる上層階増築工法を提供する。【解決手段】 下層階柱と、上層階柱と、屋根を備え、下層階柱が、筒状のものであって、水平方向に貫通する仮止孔を有しており、上層階柱が、水平方向に貫通する貫通孔を上下に等間隔に複数個有しており、屋根と一体になっていて、下層階柱内に上下動可能に納まっている建築物において、上層階柱の貫通孔に挿入したジャッキアップ治具をジャッキによりジャッキアップして上層階柱を上昇させ、連通した下層階柱の仮止孔と上層階柱の貫通孔に仮止ピンを挿入して上層階柱を仮止めする間にジャッキアップ治具を下側の貫通孔に移動することを繰り返して、上層階柱を屋根ごと所定高さまで上昇させる柱屋根上昇工程と、下層階柱の上側に露出した上層階柱の貫通孔に通したボルトによって、耐力壁を上層階柱にボルト止めする耐力壁固定工程を有する。【選択図】 図1(g)
