BUILDING AND PREFILTER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building and a prefilter suitably mounted at a suction port of an air-conditioner of the building, which can achieve a life space/activity space as a cleaned space of class 100 or more, and can maintain a level of density of not only carbon dioxide but also oxygen at a level required by the law and the like, by utilizing at maximum an air circulation capacity of a wall-mounted type air-conditioner.SOLUTION: A room 100 of a building includes a space 101 for daily life and the like which is a closed space. A wall-mounting type air-conditioner 200 is mounted in the space 101 for daily life and the like, and a prefilter 250 having a medium-performance filter at a suction port on an upper part thereof. The building includes a gas exchanging device 300 having a gas exchanging film 310 for exchanging oxygen density and carbon dioxide between outdoor air and indoor air in the space 101 for daily life and the like. An area of the gas exchanging film 310 is set such as to maintain a level of density of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the space 101 for daily life and the like at a level required by the law and the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】壁掛け式エアコンディショナーの空気循環能力を最大限活用して、生活/活動空間を例えばクラス100以上の清浄空間として実現し、かつ酸素濃度に加えて二酸化炭素の濃度も法令等により要求されるレベルに維持することができる建築物およびそのエアコンディショナーの吸入口に取り付けて好適なプレフィルターを提供する。【解決手段】建築物の部屋100は閉空間である生活等空間101を有する。この生活等空間101には壁掛け式のエアコンディショナー200が取り付けられ、その上部の吸気口に中性能フィルターからなるプレフィルター250が取り付けられる。建築物は、外気と生活等空間101の内気との間で酸素濃度及び二酸化炭素の交換を行うガス交換膜310を含むガス交換装置300を有する。ガス交換膜310の面積は生活等空間101内の酸素濃度及び二酸化炭素の濃度を法令等により要求されるレベルに維持できるように設定される。【選択図】図1
