To prevent a user from having an impression that the design of a room is spoiled by an installation of a display device.SOLUTION: A first construction material 12 constituting an upper wall that partitions inside and outside of a sunroom comprises a light transmissive inner panel 21 and light transmissive outer panel 22, and a display device 24 arranged between the inner panel 21 and the outer panel 22 for displaying images in the sunroom. A light control sheet that can change the transmittance of visible light is attached to the inner panel 21. The inner panel 21 has a plurality of regions where the transmittance of the light control sheet can be changed independently. The area includes a dimming area A1 that overlaps the display device 24 and a dimming area A2 that does not overlap the display device 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
