PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to remove air bubbles contained in a liquid and prevent re-entry of the removed air bubbles into the liquid.SOLUTION: A filter material in the form of a thin plate is folded into pleats, another filter material in the form of a thin plate is folded into pleats inside a first filter part of approximately cylindrical shape whose both edges are connected, and a second filter part of approximately cylindrical shape whose both edges are connected is provide so as not to be in contact with the first filter part. In addition, an outer cylinder of approximately cylindrical shape higher than the first filter part and the second filter part is provided outside the first filter part so as not to be in contact with the first filter part. In an upper plate of disk-like shape covering the respective upper sides of the first filter part, second filter part, and outer cylinder, a plurality of first air vents are formed between the outer cylinder and the first filter part, and a plurality of second air vents are formed between the first filter part and the second filter part, in a plan view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】液体に含まれる気泡を除去し、除去した気泡が再度液体に混入しないようにすることができる。【解決手段】薄板状の濾材をプリーツ状に折り曲げ、両端を連結した略円筒形状の第1濾過部の内側に、薄板状の濾材をプリーツ状に折り曲げ、両端を連結した略円筒形状の第2濾過部が、第1濾過部と当接しないように設けられる。また、第1濾過部の外側には、第1濾過部及び第2濾過部よりも高さが高い略円筒形状の外筒が、第1濾過部と当接しないように設けられる。また、第1濾過部と第2濾過部と外筒との上側を覆う略円板状の上プレートには、平面視において、外筒と第1の濾過部との間に複数の第1空気抜き孔が形成され、第1の濾過部と第2の濾過部との間に複数の第2空気抜き孔が形成される。【選択図】 図3
