SOLUTION: There is provided a yttrium fluoride thermal spray material including YOFof 30-90 mass% and YFof the residue and having an average particle size of 10 μm or more and 60 μm or less and a bulk density of 1.2 g/cmor more and 2.5 g/cmor less, and an oxy yttrium fluoride coated component obtained by laminating a thermal spray coating including at least one kind of oxy yttrium fluoride selected from YOF, YOFand YOFon a base material.EFFECT: The oxy yttrium fluoride thermal spray coating can be obtained when the yttrium fluoride thermal spray material is thermally sprayed by plasma in the atmosphere.SELECTED DRAWING: None
