MECHANICAL PARKING APPARATUS REPLACING METHOD AND REPLACE TYPE MECHANICAL PARKING APPARATUS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanical parking apparatus replacing method and a replace type mechanical parking apparatus capable of renewing as a new mechanical parking apparatus easily.SOLUTION: A suspension structure is formed so as to receive loads of elevating guide rails 16A to 16D and suspending columns 17A, 17B on a new base by mounting the new base on upper portions of driving part receiving parts 2A, 2B at the same position as an existing driving part receiving part. A plurality of stages of transverse rails 22L are fixed so as to form a plurality of stages of storage spaces in the longitudinal direction of the elevating guide rails 16A to 16D and the suspending columns 17A, 17B. A fork-shaped elevating lift 19 ascending and descending along the elevating guide rails 16A to 16D and a fork-shaped transverse carriage 21L disposed in each of the plurality of stages of storage spaces and capable of delivering a parked vehicle with the fork-shaped elevating lift 19 are arranged to be renewed to a replace type mechanical parking apparatus, and a travel carriage device is provided on one side in the traveling direction of the parked vehicle entered from a ride-on surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】容易に新たな機械駐車装置として更新することができるようにした機械駐車装置リプレース方法およびリプレース型機械駐車装置を提供する。【解決手段】既存の駆動部受部と同じ位置の駆動部受部2A,2Bの上部に新設架台を搭載し、新設架台に、昇降ガイドレール16A〜16Dおよび吊柱17A,17Bの荷重を受けるように吊り構造とし、昇降ガイドレール16A〜16Dおよび吊柱17A,17Bの長手方向に、複数段の格納スペースをそれぞれ形成するように複数段の横行レール22Lを固定すると共に、昇降ガイドレール16A〜16Dに沿って昇降するフォーク状昇降リフト19と、複数段の格納スペースにそれぞれ配置されてフォーク状昇降リフト19との間で駐車車両の受け渡しが可能なフォーク状横行台車21Lを配置してリプレース型機械式駐車装置に更新し、乗込面から進入した駐車車両の進行方向における片側に、走行台車装置を設けた。【選択図】図7
