MECHANICAL PARKING DEVICE REPLACE METHOD AND REPLACE-TYPE MECHANICAL PARKING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanical parking device replace method which can easily update a vertical circulation-type mechanical parking device to a new mechanical parking device without performing a large-scale structural change, and a replace-type mechanical parking device.SOLUTION: A drive part receptacle beam 2A or the like is arranged in the same position as that of a drive part receptacle beam which has suspended a main constituent element in an existing vertical circulation-type mechanical parking device, a suspension structure is constituted so as to receive loads of a lift guide rail 10A or the like and a suspension column 11A or the like by a drive part receptacle beam from which the other main constituent electric is dismantled and removed, after that, a fork-shaped lifting lift stage 12 which lifts along the lift guide rail is arranged, and a plurality of accommodation spaces having traverse rails 14A to 14N and fork-shaped traverse bogies 19A to 19N are formed in a lift direction by using the suspension column, thus updating the existing mechanical parking device to an elevator fork-type mechanical parking device which delivers a parked vehicle between the fork-shaped traverse bogies and the fork-shaped lift stage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】垂直循環式機械駐車装置を大掛かりの構造変更を行うことなく、容易に新たな機械駐車装置として更新できる機械駐車装置リプレース方法およびリプレース型機械駐車装置を提供する。【解決手段】既存の垂直循環式機械駐車装置で主要な構成要素を吊り下げていた駆動部受梁と同じ位置に駆動部受梁2A等を配置し、その他の主要な構成要素を解体撤去した後の駆動部受梁で、昇降ガイドレール10A等および吊柱11A等の荷重を受けるように吊り構造とし、その後、昇降ガイドレールに沿って昇降するフォーク状昇降リフトステージ12を設け、また吊柱を利用して昇降方向に横行レール14A〜14Nとフォーク状横行台車19A〜19Nを有した複数の格納スペースを構成し、フォーク状横行台車とフォーク状昇降リフトステージの間で駐車車両を受け渡しするエベータフォーク式機械駐車装置に更新する。【選択図】図6
