LATERAL ROOF DRAIN REPAIR METHOD AND REPAIRED LATERAL ROOF DRAIN
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lateral roof drain repair method and a repaired lateral roof drain that can substantially prevent the diameter reduction of the lateral roof drain after repair.SOLUTION: First, a hollow thermal expansion tube 10 adapted to an inner diameter d0 of an existing sleeve pipe 5 is inserted into the sleeve pipe 5, is heated and expanded, and is crimped to an inner surface of the sleeve pipe 5. Next, the level of an S-type socket 14 is adjusted with respect to a level difference h between a rooftop waterproof sheet 9a and the sleeve pipe 5, and an outer connecting portion 14a of the S-type socket 14 is adhered to an inner end 10b of the thermal expansion tube 10. Next, a tube portion 16a of a unit tube 16 is adhered to an inner connecting portion 14b of the S-type socket 14, and a flange portion 16b of the unit tube 16 is welded to rooftop waterproof sheets 9a, 9c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】改修後の横型ルーフドレンの縮径を実質的に防止することができる横型ルーフドレン改修方法と改修された横型ルーフドレンを提供する。【解決手段】最初に、既設のスリーブ管5の内径d0に適合する中空の熱膨張管10を、スリーブ管5の内部に挿入して加熱膨張させ、スリーブ管5の内面に圧着する。次に、S型ソケット14を屋上防水シート9aとスリーブ管5とのレベル差hに対しレベル調整し、かつ、熱膨張管10の内方端部10bにS型ソケット14の外側接続部14aを接着する。次いで、S型ソケット14の内側接続部14bにユニット管16の管部16aを接着し、かつユニット管16のつば部16bを屋上防水シート9a,9cに溶着する。【選択図】図6
