METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING AIR-PERMEABLE WATERPROOF SHEET
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an air-permeable waterproof sheet to be laid on a slope face of a levee, in which air permeability is not deteriorated easily even when a carrier and an air-permeable waterproof material are laminated and adhered with a hot-melt adhesive in a fluid state.SOLUTION: A laminated nonwoven fabric obtained by laminating long fiber nonwoven fabrics formed by accumulating thermoplastic long fibers is prepared on both surfaces of an extra fine fiber nonwoven fabric in which thermoplastic extra fine fibers are accumulated. A fineness of the thermoplastic long fiber is higher than a fineness of the extra fine fiber. The extra fine fiber nonwoven fabric and the long fiber nonwoven fabric are joined and laminated by the adhesiveness of the thermoplastic extra fine fibers or the thermoplastic long fibers themselves. On the other hand, a fiber mat made of a needle-punched nonwoven fabric is prepared. Then, a needle-punched nonwoven fabric is laminated and adhered to both sides of the laminated nonwoven fabric while sandwiching a hot-melt adhesive in a fluid state to obtain an air-permeable waterproof sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 堤防の法面に敷設される透気防水シートの製造方法であって、流動状態のホットメルト接着剤で担体と透気防水材とを積層接着しても、透気性が低下しにくい透気防水シートの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 熱可塑性極細繊維が集積されてなる極細繊維不織布の両面に、熱可塑性長繊維が集積されてなる長繊維不織布を積層した積層不織布を準備する。極細繊維の繊度よりも、熱可塑性長繊維の方が高繊度である。極細繊維不織布と長繊維不織布とは、熱可塑性極細繊維又は熱可塑性長繊維自体の接着性によって接合され積層されている。一方、ニードルパンチ不織布よりなる繊維マットを準備する。そして、流動状態のホットメルト接着剤を挟んだ状態で、積層不織布の両面にニードルパンチ不織布を積層接着して、透気防水シートを得る。【選択図】 なし
