PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture permeable waterproof sheet which has infrared reflectivity over a long period of time while having waterproofness, moisture permeability and air permeable infrared reflectivity equivalent to or higher than conventional one.SOLUTION: A moisture permeable waterproof sheet includes a resin film 10, an aluminum foil 20 and a non-woven fabric 40 in this order, where the aluminum foil and the resin film have a plurality of communicating through holes 50, an opening ratio of the through holes is 1.2% or more and 7.0% or less, in the non-woven fabric, span bond layers 42 and 42 are stacked on both surfaces of a melt-blown layer 44, and the melt-blown layer has a density of 0.26 g/cmor more and 0.7 g/cmor less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来と同等以上の防水性と透湿性と通気性赤外線反射性とを有しながらも、長期に亘って赤外線反射性を有する透湿防水シートを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の透湿防水シートは、樹脂フィルム１０、アルミニウム箔２０及び不織布４０をこの順番で備えており、アルミニウム箔と樹脂フィルムとは、連通している貫通孔５０を複数有しており、貫通孔の開口率は１．２％以上７．０％以下であり、不織布は、メルトブローン層４４の両面にスパンボンド層４２，４２が積層されており、メルトブローン層は、密度が０．２６ｇ／ｃｍ３以上０．７ｇ／ｃｍ３以下である。【選択図】図１
