PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect water leakage in a water service pipe.SOLUTION: A water leakage detection device for a water service pipe comprises: a detection pipe which is disposed in the water service pipe at a downstream side of first shut valve provided in the water service pipe, one end side of which is communicated with the water service pipe and the other end of which is positioned under the water service pipe; a second shut valve provided in the detection pipe; a sensor detecting the presence or absence of water leakage from the detection pipe; and a control unit determining the presence or absence of water leakage in the water service pipe using detected values of the sensor. The control unit determines that there is water leakage in the water service pipe at a downstream side of the first shut valve, when the sensor detects water outflow, in a state in which the first shut valve is closed and the second shut valve is opened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】水道管の漏水を検出する。【解決手段】水道管用の漏水検出装置は、水道管に設けられた第1シャットバルブより下流側の水道管に設置され、一端部が水道管と連通して他端部が水道管の下方に位置する検出パイプと、検出パイプに設けられた第2シャットバルブと、検出パイプから水の流出の有無を検出するセンサと、センサの検出値を用いて水道管の漏水の有無を判定する制御装置と、を備える。制御装置は、第1シャットバルブが閉鎖した状態かつ第2シャットバルブが開いた状態で、センサが水の流出があると検出した場合には、第1シャットバルブより下流側の水道管に漏水があると判定する。【選択図】図1
