PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road cone capable of easily discovering an explosive and a dangerous material in the inside from the outside, and capable of exhibiting a function as a safety device.SOLUTION: A road cone 10A is made of transparent synthetic resin and has an LED display 13 which is installed inside and displays a moving image or a still image. The LED display 13 is formed of a transparent flexible transparent sheet substrate 18 having flexibility, and a plurality of LED elements 21 arranged on an outer surface of the flexible transparent sheet substrate 18 and constituting pixels of a predetermined pattern. In the road cone 10A, while the moving image or the still image is being displayed or not displayed on the outer surface of the flexible transparent sheet substrate 18 using the LED element 21, the inside of the road cone 10A can be visually recognized from the outside of the road cone 10A through the flexible transparent sheet substrate 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
