PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a domestic coexistence-allowable/separable housing at collective housing, which, when temporal conflict occurs in family, can separate at once, prevent worsening in their relation, as well as calming of the conflict as time lapses, and return to coexist by talking to each other.SOLUTION: In a domestic coexistence-allowable/separable housing at collective housing, a main entrance 1 is made to be shared; toilets 11,12 are occupied for securing each privacy; a kitchen 8, a washroom 9, and a bathroom 10 are made to be shared respectively, and have a structure that can be directly entered from each occupation area; and movable doors are mounted to the kitchen, the washroom, and the bathroom, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】家庭内に一時的不和が発生した場合、即座に別居でき、関係悪化を防止するとともに、時間の経過とともに不和の鎮静化を図り、話し合いにより同居に戻りうる集合住宅内家庭内同居別居可能住宅を提供する。【解決手段】玄関１は共用とする、プライバシー確保のためそれぞれにお手洗い１１，１２を占有する、台所８と洗面９、浴室１０は共用とし、それぞれの占有エリアから直接入室できる構造とし、台所、洗面浴室に可動扉を取り付ける。【選択図】図１
