REINFORCEMENT CAGE AND SHAPE RECOVERY METHOD OF REINFORCEMENT CAGE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement cage which can be folded and can greatly reduce work after recovering its normal shape from a folded state.SOLUTION: A reinforcement cage comprises hoop reinforcements 5 each having a rectangle shape, and main reinforcements 1 to 4 each disposed at four corner parts of the hoop reinforcements 5. The main reinforcements 1 to 4 and the hoop reinforcements 5 are respectively bound by binding members 6 at each crossing part. When looking down the reinforcement cage from above with it held horizontally, the binding member 6 for binding an upper side part 5a of the hoop reinforcement 5 and the main reinforcement 1 located at a right upper corner part inclines to the first direction. The binding member 6 for binding the upper side part 5a of the hoop reinforcement 5 and the main reinforcement 2 located at a left upper corner part inclines to the second direction crossing to the first direction. The binding member 6 for binding a lower side part 5b of the hoop reinforcement 5 and the main reinforcement 3 located at a lower right corner part inclines to the second direction. The binding member 6 for binding the lower side part 5b of the hoop reinforcement 5 and the main reinforcement 4 located at a lower left corner part inclines to the first direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 折り畳み可能で、折り畳み状態から正規形状に戻した後の作業を大幅に削減できる鉄筋籠を提供する。【解決手段】鉄筋籠は、矩形をなすフープ筋5と、このフープ筋5の4隅部に配置された主筋1〜4とを備えている。主筋1〜4とフープ筋5は、その交差部において結束部材6により結束されている。鉄筋籠を水平にした状態で上方から見たとき、フープ筋5の上辺部5aと右上隅部に位置する主筋1とを結束する結束部材6は、第1方向に傾斜している。フープ筋5の上辺部5aと左上隅部に位置する主筋2とを結束する結束部材6は、第1方向と交差する第2方向に傾斜している。フープ筋5の下辺部5bと右下隅部に位置する主筋3とを結束する結束部材6は、上記第2方向に傾斜している。フープ筋5の下辺部5bと左下隅部に位置する主筋4とを結束する結束部材6は、上記第1方向に傾斜している。【選択図】 図1
