DECORATIVE SHEET, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING DECORATIVE SHEET
To provide a decorative sheet excellent in fire-safety and constructability, and a method for producing the decorative sheet.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet 1 is provided that comprises a substrate film 10 and a pressure-sensitive layer 20 provided on at least one side of the substrate film 10. The substrate film 10 includes antimony trioxide, the pressure-sensitive layer 20 includes a pressure-sensitive and a bromine-based flame retardant and includes no antimony trioxide. A laminate, as a test specimen, is prepared which includes a gypsum board having base paper on both surfaces thereof and a decorative sheet 1 stacked on a side to which radiation heat is applied, of the gypsum board. The test piece exhibits a total heat generation amount of 7.2MJ/mor less in the following heat generation test for 20 minutes. The test piece exhibits an initial tack strength of 5 N/25 mm or more in 5°C environment and 15 N/25 mm or more in 23°C and 50%RH environment in the following initial tack strength test. The test piece further exhibits constant load property of 5 mm or less in the following constant load test.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】防火性及び施工性に優れる化粧シート、及び該化粧シートの製造方法の提供。【解決手段】基材フィルム10と、基材フィルム10の少なくとも一方の側に設けられた粘着剤層20と、を備えた化粧シート1であって、基材フィルム10に三酸化アンチモンを含み、粘着剤層20に粘着剤と臭素系難燃剤とを含み、三酸化アンチモンを含まず、下記発熱性試験において、試験片として、両表面に原紙を有する石膏ボードと前記石膏ボードの輻射熱の与えられる側に積層された化粧シート1とを有する積層体を用いたときの前記試験片の20分間の試験時間での総発熱量が7.2MJ/m2以下であり、下記初期粘着力試験において、初期粘着力が5℃環境下で、5N/25mm以上、23℃、50%RH環境下で、15N/25mm以上であり、かつ、下記定荷重性試験において、定荷重性が5mm以下である化粧シート1。【選択図】図1
