QUICK-HARDENING ULTRAHIGH-STRENGTH GROUT COMPOSITION
To provide a quick-hardening ultrahigh-strength grout composition that is easily kneaded without using a special apparatus, wherein a kneaded grout material is excellent in fluidity, can be easily pumped with a grout pump, and can obtain compressive strength of 120 N/mmor more in a material age of 7 days without conducting vapor aging.SOLUTION: A quick-hardening ultrahigh-strength grout composition comprises 70-90 pts.mass of cement, 8-18 pts.mass of an amorphous aluminosilicate mineral powder, 4-12 pts.mass of gypsum, 0.15-1.80 pts.mass of a water-reducing agent, 0.005-0.12 pt.mass of a thickener, and 40-70 pts.mass of a fine aggregate, based on 100 pts.mass of a binder comprising the cement, amorphous aluminosilicate mineral powder, gypsum, thickener and fine aggregate, wherein in the fine aggregate: a ratio of particles of more than 2.5 mm is 25 mass% or lower; a ratio of particles of 0.15 mm or less is 15 mass%; and a ratio of particles of more than 0.3 mm but 2.5 mm or less is 70 mass% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】特殊な装置を使用しなくても混練し易く、混練したグラウト材が流動性に優れグラウトポンプで容易に圧送可能であり、且つ蒸気養生を行わなくとも材齢7日で120N/mm2以上の圧縮強度が得られる早強性超高強度グラウト組成物の提供。【解決手段】セメント、非晶質アルミノ珪酸鉱物粉末、石膏、減水剤、増粘剤及び細骨材を含み、セメント、非晶質アルミノ珪酸鉱物粉末及び石膏を含む結合材100質量部に対して、セメント70〜90質量部、非晶質アルミノ珪酸鉱物粉末8〜18質量部、石膏4〜12質量部、細骨材40〜70質量部、減水剤0.15〜1.80質量部、増粘剤0.005〜0.12質量部を含有し、該細骨材が、2.5mmを超える粒子の割合が25質量%以下、0.15mm以下の粒子が15質量%以下且つ0.3mmを超え2.5mm以下の粒子が70質量%以上である早強性超高強度グラウト組成物。【選択図】なし
