SUPER-QUICK HARDENING PLASTIC GROUT MATERIAL, AND INJECTION METHOD OF SUPER-QUICK HARDENING PLASTIC GROUT MATERIAL
To provide a super-quick hardening plastic grout material in which liquid A maintains fluidity for a long period of time, exerts plasticity the moment the liquid A is mixed with liquid B, solidifies quickly after an end of usable life, and exhibits excellent strength in short-term material age, and also to provide an injection method of the super-quick hardening plastic grout material.SOLUTION: A super-quick hardening plastic grout material is formed by mixing: liquid A containing super-quick hardening cement, a setting retarder and water; and liquid B containing a plasticizer, an additive and water. A mineral composition of the super-quick hardening cement is 9.0 to 25.0 mass% CA and 3.0 to 20.0 mass% C2AS. A content of the setting retarder is 0.1 to 1.0 mass% based on the super-quick hardening cement.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】A液が流動性を長く保持するとともに、A液とB液とを混合した後は瞬時に可塑性を発揮し、かつ、可使時間終了後は速やかに固結し、短期材齢で優れた強度を発現する超速硬可塑性注入材、及び、該超速硬可塑性注入材の注入方法を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】本発明に係る超速硬可塑性注入材は、超速硬セメントと凝結遅延剤と水とを含有するA液と、可塑剤と混和剤と水とを含有するB液とが混合されて形成される超速硬可塑性注入材であって、前記超速硬セメントの鉱物組成が、CA:9.0質量%以上25.0質量%以下、C2AS:3.0質量%以上20.0質量%以下であり、前記凝結遅延剤の含有量が、前記超速硬セメントに対して、0.1質量%以上1.0質量%以下である。【選択図】なし
