REPAIR METHOD OF ASPHALT PAVED ROADS
To provide a method to simply decide the repair amount for the repair of cracks of the asphalt paved roads where the adjustment of filling amount of repair material and curing time is difficult although it is desirable to repair at an early stage.SOLUTION: This is a repair method with which the initial viscosity is 200 mPa.s(25°C) or less with respect to the cracks occurring on drainage pavement surface with crack width of 2.0 mm or less, and repair material of which the volume change after complete cure is 0.9-1.2 times of that at the time when the filling begins. The injection rate and curing starting time of this repair material are determined by the average crack width, crack length, the thickness of asphalt composition layer and the designed void ratio of the surface part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 アスファルト舗装路のひび割れ等の補修は、早い段階で行うのが好ましいが、その補修材の充填量や硬化時間の調整が難しい。そこで、補修量等を簡易に決める方法を提供する。【解決手段】 排水性舗装表面に発生したひび割れ幅が2.0mm以下のひび割れに対して、初期粘度が200mPa・s(25℃)以下であり、完全硬化後の体積変化が充填開始時の0.9〜1.2倍である補修材を用いる補修方法であって、平均ひび割れ幅、ひび割れ長さ、アスファルト混合物層の厚さ、表層部の設計空隙率から、注入量や該補修材の硬化開始時間を決める。【選択図】 図1
