To prevent frost heaving of a road surface by suppressing rounding of underground cold air from a neighboring land.SOLUTION: A heat insulation layer (28) is laid between a roadbed (14) and a road base (20), the heat insulation layer (28) is approximately parallel to a surface of a fine-grained asphalt mixture layer (26), a vertical heat insulation layer (30) is buried under the heat insulation layer (28) on a neighboring land boundary (LC) side, and the vertical heat insulation layer (30) is approximately perpendicular to the heat insulation layer (28).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】隣地からの地中冷気の回り込みを抑えて、路面の凍上を防止すること。【解決手段】路床(14)と路盤(20)との間に断熱材層(28)が敷設され、断熱材層(28)が細粒度アスファルト混合物層(26)の表面に対して略平行になっており、隣地境界(LC)側における断熱材層(28)の下側に垂直断熱材層(30)が埋設され、垂直断熱材層(30)が断熱材層(28)に対して略垂直になっている。【選択図】図1
