To provide an information processing system which can remove the risk of security infringement depending on a user that holds a key.SOLUTION: An information processing system has a registration unit which registers after mapping a key identifier that recognizes a key with a transmitter, and a user identifier that recognizes a user that holds the key with the transmitter, a key identifier acquisition unit which acquires key position information and the key identifier from short distance communication signals received from the transmitter having the key with the transmitter, a user identifier acquisition unit which acquires user position information and the user identifier from a transmission instrument that is carried by the user having the key with the transmitter, and a determination unit which determines that the risk of security infringement exists when the key position information and the user position information coincide, and a combination of the key identifier acquired by the key identifier acquisition unit and the user identifier acquired by the user identifier acquisition unit does not coincide with a combination of the key identifier and the user identifier registered in the registration unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
