REINFORCED CONCRETE PLACING JOINT METHOD AND JIG FOR REINFORCED CONCRETE PLACING JOINT
To provide a reinforced concrete placing joint method which achieves labor reduction in a placing joint step in the horizontal direction of reinforced concrete, and which can form a high-quality vertical placing joint surface, and to provide a jig for reinforced concrete placing joint.SOLUTION: A placing end material 11 is arranged at a vertical placing joint position P, and a frame 2 formed by a rigid body is arranged in a standing state so as to come into contact with a surface which is on the opposite side from a placing region D of the placing end material 11. Then, by using a support arm 3 in which one end part is connected to the frame 2 and the other end part has a clamp part 4 so as to be connected to a main reinforcement 12a, the clamp part 4 is connected to the main reinforcement 12a, and the frame 2 is fixed to the vertical placing joint position P. Then, concrete C is placed in the placing region D surrounded by a concrete form 10 and the placing end material 11, and after curing the placed concrete C, the connection of the clamp part 4 with respect to the main reinforcement 12a is released, and the frame 2 and the support arm 3 are removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鉄筋コンクリートの水平方向への打継ぎ工程の軽労化を図るとともに、品質の高い鉛直打継ぎ面を形成することができる鉄筋コンクリートの打継ぎ方法および鉄筋コンクリート打継ぎ用治具を提供する。【解決手段】打止め材11を鉛直打継ぎ位置Pに配置するとともに、剛体で形成されたフレーム2を打止め材11の打設領域Dとは反対側になる面に当接するように立設状態で配置する。そして、一端部がフレーム2に接続されて他端部に主鉄筋12aに連結自在なクランプ部4を有する支持アーム3を用いて、主鉄筋12aにクランプ部4を連結することにより、フレーム2を鉛直打継ぎ位置Pに固定する。そして、型枠10と打止め材11とで囲まれた打設領域DにコンクリートCを打設し、打設したコンクリートCを養生した後に、クランプ部4の主鉄筋12aに対する連結を解除し、フレーム2と支持アーム3を撤去する。【選択図】図1
