EXECUTION METHOD OF WORK BEFORE CONCRETE PLACING OF REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURE, CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURE, AND FORMWORK FOR REINFORCED CONCRETE PLACING
To provide a preform construction method having the characteristics such as reduction and efficiency of on-site construction period, support for narrow areas, and detailed examination at actual size.SOLUTION: An execution method of work before concrete placing of a reinforced concrete structure includes: a first step of forming a support member incorporating formwork structure in a manner that a strip-shaped section is constituted of a single or multiple in-strip divided sections by attaching a vertical/horizontal frame material to ends of four circumferences on one surface side of a steel plate having a constant thickness, attaching a vertical rail within the four circumferences to include multiple strip-shaped sections where the four circumferences are formed, and attaching a single or multiple cross rails to each of the multiple strip-shaped sections as needed; a second step of forming a specific strip-shaped section within the support member incorporating formwork structure or a part thereof as a removable support member incorporating formwork structure; and a third step of forming a reinforcement-assembled support member incorporating formwork structure by assembling reinforcing bars with a formwork body on the other surface side facing one surface side of a first support member incorporating formwork structure or a second support member incorporating formwork structure to drill a separator hole in the formwork body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】現場工期の縮小・効率化、狭小地対応、実寸大での細部検討などの特長を有する、プレフォーム工法を提供する。【解決手段】一定厚を有する鋼板の一面側に、四周の端部に縦方向/横方向枠材を取り付け、四周内に縦桟を取り付けて四周が形成される短冊状区画を複数含むように形成し、複数の短冊状区画のそれぞれに必要に応じて単数もしくは複数の横桟を取り付けることで短冊状区画を単数もしくは複数の短冊内分割区画で構成されるようにし、支保材組込型枠構造体を形成する第1のステップと、支保材組込型枠構造体の内の特定の短冊状区画もしくはその一部を脱着可能支保材組込型枠構造体として形成する第2のステップと、第1の支保材組込型枠構造体もしくは第2の支保材組込型枠構造体の一面側と対向する他面側において鉄筋を型枠体と組付け、セパレータ穴を型枠体に穿設することで配筋組付済支保材組込型枠構造体を形成する第3のステップとを具備する。【選択図】図1
