To provide a joint plate for a floor capable of covering substantially the entire surface with a decorative sheet, and to provide a joint device for a floor using the joint plate for a floor.SOLUTION: A joint plate for floor is constituted by: a joint plate body; a pin box provided so as to protrude downward on one end part side of the joint plate body, and including a pin insertion hole at a bottom surface; a filling member filled inside the joint plate body; and a decorative sheet provided substantially the entire upper surface of the joint plate body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
