To provide a ramp joint plate and a floor joint device, which can fill up a joint with a slope gradient and, even in the case of having an earthquake shock, can return to the state of normal time without fail.SOLUTION: A ramp joint plate is supported at its one end with one building frame while being supported at the other end with the other building frame. The ramp joint plate consists of: a joint plate body with its upper surface inclined; a pair of pin boxes arranged near both end parts in the direction perpendicular to the one end; a forcing-up piece arranged on the bottom part of the joint plate body; and energization means that connects the bottom part of the joint plate body and the one building frame, in which the energization means always energizes the joint plate body towards the one building frame side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
