SEAL TAPE AFFIXING MACHINE
PURPOSE: To provide a seal tape affixing machine that seals an abutting part at the seam portion in a waterproof manner on the arrangement of a plurality of substrate members, constituting a roof substrate part that becomes the substrate of a building structure roof.CONSTITUTION: A seal tape affixing machine includes a guide part 2 provided with a guide plate 21, a tape holder 4 holding seal tape 8, a crimping part 5 pressing the seal tape 8 to both top faces near to an abutting part T of substrate members B1 adjacent to each other, and a frame 1 for supporting the guide part 2, the tape holder 4, and the crimping part 5. In the seal tape affixing machine, the guide part guides the seal tape affixing machine along the extension direction of the abutting part T while inserting the guide plate 21 to the abutting part T of the substrate members B1 adjacent to each other; and the seal tape 8 held by the tape holder 4 is pressed by the crimping part 5 to the abutting part T near to the substrate members B1 as the frame 1 moves.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【目的】建築構造物の屋根の下地となる屋根下地部を構成する複数の下地部材の配列において、その継ぎ目箇所における突合せ部を防水的にシールするシールテープ貼着機を提供すること。【構成】ガイド板２１を備えたガイド部２と、シールテープ８を保持するテープホルダ４と、シールテープ８を隣接する下地部材Ｂ１の突合せ部Ｔ付近の両上面に押し付ける圧着部５と、ガイド部２とテープホルダ４と圧着部５を支持するフレーム１とを備えること。ガイド板２１は隣接する下地部材Ｂ1の突合せ部Ｔに挿入されつつガイド部が突合せ部Ｔの延在方向に沿って案内すると共に、テープホルダ４に保持されたシールテープ８は、フレーム１の移動と共に圧着部５によって下地部材Ｂ1の突合せ部Ｔ付近に押し付けられる構成とすること。【選択図】 図１
