ROAD REPAIR MATERIAL
To provide a road repair material which is fast hardened, excellent in short-time strength development, and has good long-term stability.SOLUTION: (1) Premix materials that include calcium aluminate having a vitrification rate of 70% or more, a CaO/AlOmolar ratio of 1.5 to 2.7, SiO 2 of 15% or less, a Blaine specific surface area of 3000 cm/g or more, gypsum, alkaline earth metal hydroxide, inorganic impalpable powder, and aggregates, and road repair material made from polymer latex (2) and furthermore, the repairing method is characterized as such that partitions are provided in a bag, the premix materials and polymer latex of (1) are filled in separately, and they are mixed by removal of the partitions immediately before usage and filled into the road repair parts.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 速硬性で短時間の強度発現性に優れ、長期安定性の良好な道路補修材を提供する。【解決手段】(1)ガラス化率が70%以上、CaO/Al2O3モル比が1.5〜2.7、SiO2が15%以下、ブレーン比表面積が3000cm2/g以上であるカルシウムアルミネート、石膏、アルカリ土類金属水酸化物、無機微粉末及び骨材を含有してなるプレミックス材料、並びに、ポリマーラテックスからなる道路補修材(2)さらに、一つの袋の中に仕切りを設けて、(1)のプレミックス材料とポリマーラテックスを別々に詰め、使用する直前に前期仕切りを外して混合し、道路の補修箇所に充填することを特徴とする補修方法。【選択図】 なし
