RING-SHAPED TIP METAL AND PILE INSTALLATION METHOD BY INNER EXCAVATION USING IT
To provide a ring-shaped tip metal grooved so as to prevent slippage, whereby a ring-shaped tip metal capable of forming a tip closing structure while securing clearance, and capable of reducing the number of shift stopping steps and an installation section distance from a lower end by a groove processing on a casing top and a pile installation method by inner excavation using the same when installing a pile in hard ground or rock, it is used as a down-the-hole hammer with a reputation for hard ground and rock drilling ability which cannot be excavated by an earth auger method.SOLUTION: In a pile installation method by inner excavation in which a down-the-hole hammer is set in an excavating manner in a steel pipe 1 of a steel pipe pile/steel pipe sheet pile, the ring-shaped tip metal member 11 is provided at a tip of the steel pipe 1, has a down-the-hole hammer striking surface 14 and is provided with a shear key 13 provided with grooves and protruding in a direction perpendicular to the axial center and serving also as a slip stopper metal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】硬質地盤や岩盤中に杭を打設するに際して、アースオーガ工法では掘削できない硬質地盤や岩盤の掘削能力に定評のあるダウンザホールハンマを用い、リング状先端金物に溝加工を施してずれ止めとすることで、クリアランスを確保しながら先端閉塞構造を構成でき、ケーシングトップに溝加工を施した分、ずれ止め段数と下端からの設置区間距離を削減できるリング状先端金物およびそれを使用する中掘り杭工法を提供する。【解決手段】鋼管杭・鋼管矢板の鋼管1内にダウンザホールハンマを中掘り式にセットし掘進する中掘り杭工法において鋼管1の先端に設けるもので、ダウンザホールハンマ被打撃面14を有するリング状先端金物11であって、溝加工を施して内側に軸心直角方向に突出したシアーキー13を設けてずれ止め金物として兼用した。【選択図】図1
