DETERMINATION METHOD OF PILE REACHING SUPPORT LAYER IN PILE INSTALLATION BY INNER EXCAVATION
To provide a determination method of a pile reaching a support layer, which can precisely and easily determine the arrival situation of a pile to a support layer when installing a hollow precast pile in the support layer by pressing it into the underground.SOLUTION: A determination method of a pile reaching a support layer in pile installation by inner excavation, in which an auger screw 4 inserted within a hollow precast pile 1 is rotated and the hollow precast pile 1 is pressed as excavating and removing sediment, comprises: a step of acquiring a value as an end resistance Rby subtracting a pile inner resistance force Rgenerated in an inner surface of the hollow precast pile 1 with the sediment in the hollow precast pile 1 from an integrated value ΣW of an earth auger power value driving the auger screw 4; and a step of determining that the hollow precast pile 1 reaches a support layer as the end resistance Rrises. The determination that the hollow precast pile 1 reaches the support layer is performed using a rise of an integrated compensation power value by further integrating the end resistance Rand acquiring the integrated compensation power value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】中空既製杭を地中に圧入して支持層に設置する際に、杭の支持層到達状況を正確かつ容易に確認できる杭の支持層到達確認方法を提供する。【解決手段】中空既製杭イの内部に挿入したオーガースクリュー4を回転させ、土砂を掘削排土しながら中空既製杭イを圧入する中掘り工法における杭の支持層到達確認方法であって、オーガースクリュー4を駆動するアースオーガー電力値の積算値ΣWから、中空既製杭イ内の土砂によって中空既製杭イの内面に生ずる杭内抵抗力Rrを引き算して求まる値を先端抵抗Rdとして求め、先端抵抗Rdの上昇により中空既製杭イの支持層への到達を確認する。先端抵抗Rdをさらに積分した積分補正電力値を求め、積分補正電力値の上昇により中空既製杭イの支持層への到達を確認する。【選択図】図1
